The 19th Hole

This house was clean and very comfortable. The view of the area was amazing. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to get away for a few days. We met some friendly golfers being on the 18th hole. The owners are great people and I understand why they enjoy going to the Beach House! Thank You for sharing.

We stayed a week at this lovely location. The house was incredibly clean and probably one of the cleanest vacation rental we have stay at. The view is the best part! It has an amazing view and breath taking scenery. It is truly a gem and great place to unwind.

Beautiful panoramic view of Doran Beach. House is stocked with everything you could need. Easy check in/out. House inside very clean and comfortable . Outside patio could use a dusting of cobwebs and windows need a good cleaning. Front and back need weeds pulled. Would definitely stay here again though!

This was our 5th time staying in the Bodega Harbour community and by far our favorite stay. The location of the house, it's cleanliness and well-stocked and functional kitchen were some of the highlights. One of the few times that we've asked to stay just one more night and we were so happy that the host was able to accommodate that request and give us a little bit more time.

Incredible views, bay, white water, and from Pt Reyes to Bodega Head. One of the best views we’ve had in our many rentals in Bodega. As others have mentioned, the house is a bit dated and could use a refresh. That said, it was functional and had plenty of room and adequate amenities. There were a few things like the dining table that could have been cleaner but nothing major. I do want to say that there are a lot of windows and it was great that they were clean. We’ve had other rentals where we’ve needed to clean the windows upon arrival to take advantage of the views. The rental company staff was very responsive before and after our booking. Super close to the golf clubhouse and access to the beach. Definitely worth the stay for the views alone.

The view is impressive and this home is perfect for two couples! Regarding maintenance: the pillows in master bedroom were stained, the front door lock was very challenging to open, the dishwasher would not start.

The view at this house is amazing. There's a wonderful deck to sit on and watch the waves and the golfers go by. The house is comfortable and well equipped. We had an issue with the front door lock. My advice is to put a combo lock on and change the numbers between guests. That is what most vrbo rentals do. The furniture is a little old and could use updating or replacing but overall it is a fabulous getaway.

The view of the ocean and harbor are amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked. The house was very comfortable for two couples. We will definitely make reservations here again.

Fabulous in every way. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, well appointed, and the best views in Bodega. Loved the master bathroom. Wonderful hiking, access to the beaches and bird sanctuary. We will definitely be back.

This vacation home was very nice and very clean. Location was incredible, phenomenal views. Very quiet and extremely peaceful. The only negatives is the oven did not work and the Ant problem. However, this is great house and surroundings and we will be back.

Only problem we had was I got stuck in the master bathroom. The slider to the toilet is out of adjustment and could only be opened from the outside. Everything else was great.

Home was in perfect condition

The entire experience was ‘top notch’. House was perfect for us. It was clean, views were spectacular. Two small things....master bath second sink stopper was broken and water did not drain and an information binder of local restaurants, golf course amenities, use of pool guidelines, operating household amenities (TV, coffee pot) would have been helpful.
We will definitely rent this property again though.

Best stay at Bodega Bay. We have rented from Bodega Bay Escapes for years now and have stayed at a number of houses. This house has everything good for the soul. Fantastic location and just to ticket to recuperate from a surgery.

Another beautiful week in Bodega Bay!!! The weather was challenging but it was early season. The house is in a great location and generally was in good condition with the exception of some of the exterior sliding doors and screens. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Through the years we have stayed in a number of homes through BBE. The 19th Hole is a perfect fit for us and you can't beat the location! The staff at BBE are always friendly and very accommodating. We've rented through BBE once or twice a year for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed.

The 19th Hole has the very best Bay viewing location on the golf course!!! The house is very comfortable and the use of the garage was extremely helpful. The back deck was wonderful to watch the golfers and all of the wildlife. We will be back!!!

Amazing views and large living space to enjoy with our small group. The location was convenient and space clean and well kept.

My family has rented this property many times at different times of the year and it has always been wonderful. The house is warm and inviting with a perfect lay out. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities you would need. We have always found it very clean and neat. We love the view from the deck and it has a nice glass wind break. Bodega Bay Escapes makes checking in and checking out very easy and they are always very helpful.
We love it there!

We are looking for a place to have a staycation short distance from home. This house met the purpose. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the house.

Minor comments for improvement:
#1. I am having problem opening the door during checkin. I noticed there is a card on the computer's table that explaining how to open the door. Maybe the guest should be given that instruction prior to checkin?

#2 The gas stove will require a lighter to light up. Only portion of the light will light up. Also most of the lighters are not working anymore. Please check on that for the next guest.

#3. The fire pits outside need to be clean or remove the ashes. I opened the cover and the wind was blowing the ashes all over the places. We ended up not using it.

They cannot do anything to change the driveway but they should. change out the very sluggish toilets. And I understand the rust problem screen door runners can get in salt air but could use some maintenance on those and the front bedroom window. The home was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. Furnishings comfortable and we really enjoyed the prints on the wall. To be honest, would recommend home with a few caveats. For the price, I will probably not be renting the 19th Hole agAin.

We almost lost my husband to a heart attack in February, so we knew we wanted to celebrate having him for another birthday. The house was perfect, gorgeous view, bright and cheerful, and our grandkids loved their “own space” up in the loft. We hope to make a beach stay an annual event!

The best part of this house is its location. The view from the deck is amazing, like in the photos, and it was a short, 5-minute walk to the beach. The house itself was clean and spacious. It could use some updates, but everything worked well. The rooms had a slight musty smell to them, but nothing overwhelming. There were also a few golf balls that hit the house windows when we were there with a startling boom. Amazed there was no damage, but the windows must be built for these wild golf balls.

The home is lovely - views are spectacular, whether a sunny day or the fog rolling in! We were there for 6 days and found that the home was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend indulging yourself with a stay at the 19th Hole!

We had a very relaxing 4 days. We have rented on Bodega links for many years and stayed in many of the rental properties in the south neighborhood. This home was the smallest we have stayed in and was very nice. It was not stocked like we are typically used to and it had a smell like it had not been used in some time. Overall we had a great experience. The rental company had very little interaction with us which was just fine.

The 19th hole was just as pictured online. The location was perfect, especially if you enjoy watching golfers with the bay as a backdrop. You will appreciate the fireplace and the comfy living room furniture. Only minor issues: steep downhill driveway and errant golf balls hitting the house, but small price to pay for the view. House clean but showing its age as are most rentals in the area. Overall a great week on the coast.

Overall relaxing and enjoyable. Location and view great. Home nice and clean and spacious. We had a relaxing weekend getaway. Some constructive feedback: 1) You need to inform customers that there is a constant fog horn blowing ALL the time and one in our party was quite bothered by it the entire time. 2) Also, there is a step down in entry way which is a tripping hazard. The master bedroom is sunken with two steps and not great if one gets up in the middle of the night, also a tripping hazard. 3) The fireplace is solid concrete and the living room table is stone, both not ideal for our infant under a year. 4) The driveway is so steep, our car almost did not back up when gunning the accelator - it took about 5 tries to finally work. Good thing we didn't park our other older car in garage which is a 2001 Toyota as it would not have been able to back out of driveway. 5) Very annoying to turn TV Cable off, you need to step on high fireplace to turn it off. Thank you

We have stayed at various houses in Bodega Bay Harbour Homes every year for over 25 years. No disappointments! The 19th Hole is a favorite. Cannot beat the location and view!

Husband and I had an amazing, relaxing stay. The floor to ceiling windows are perfect for this pristine view. The pictures do not adequately reflect the view or close proximity of the Pacific. Bodega Bay has been our “go to” get-away for 20+ years. This property is in our top 4. So many rentals are neglected and not updated by their owners, with ****** and uncomfortable furniture. The 19th Hole was cozy, and although obviously a rental, there were nice touches. We definitely enjoyed our 4 nights. The sound of the sea lions and seals during the day and the fog horn at night : )

Unfortunately there were a few things which the rental agency possibly overlooked: There was no tissue in the house. There was not a stick of firewood. There were no coffee filters and approximately 7 light bulbs burnt out. There was no laundry detergent or fabric softener.

Our experience with the rental agency was wonderful and they were so very friendly and kind. We’ve used them many times.

The kitchen was fairly supplied with utensils, but be sure to bring all of your spices or special pan. The ice machine was great, and plenty of cleaning supplies, sponge and foil, Saran Wrap, etc.

Book this home for your next vacation, you won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at the 19th Hole property. It was a bit windy but the house has a glass wall that you can see through and enjoy the outdoors even if the weather cold or windy. It even has a little outdoor firepit to keep you warm. The home itself is pleasant and well-equipped. The beds are very comfy and I slept great with the sound of the ocean in the background. This is a perfect retreat space, inside and out. Also, Pam is a sweetheart and really works with you to find the right place. We've been frequenting Bodega Bay for 15 years and the service, properties, and prices at Bodega Bay Escapes are by far, the best in the area. Thanks for another great stay!

Couldn't use the barbeque on the side of the home as it was rusted. There was also a fire pit, but we didn't use it either. The driveway is very steep, but I was able to back my car in the garage. Our friends who also stayed at the house parked their car on the street, as it would have been too difficult to park in the driveway.

The house was awesome, beautiful inside (gorgeous master bed and bath, very well equipped kitchen, spacious layout) and the most fantastic views (awesome views of Doran beach/golf course from inside and outside the house, cozy wind sheltered deck, great view from loft). Wonderful location . The rental agency was accommodating, very pleasant to work with and upon key pickup at the office they have a great movie selection to borrow movies for your stay, they think of everything.

This is a beautiful home. Golfers are close up so you should enjoy that if you rent this home. The stay here was perfect.

As always we enjoyed our stay at the ocean. We've been renting places up no down the coast for over25 years . This is going to be one of my favorite homes. The views are incredible! Weren't prepared for the steep driveway it was a little challenging!

I will definitely be coming back to this place. Perfect escape weekend with all of the amenities and a gorgeous view.

We had a great time and beautiful location. We will definitely be staying again. The only comment we would pass on-is to-provide some minimal supplies; sponges, dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. We thought there would be some, but what ever containers we found, were empty. To have some basics would've been nice.
