Absolutely beautiful home with a beautiful view! So quiet and peaceful (except when they were using tractors next door, was not happy about that). We saw deer and racoons each day. 1/2 mile to a big, beautiful beach. Quick drive to town. Fit our family of 6 perfectly. It would be nice if there were extra blankets in the home, better pans in the kitchen, and there was no tin foil, cling wrap, or ziplocks. But we loved the home and the location and would stay there again.

Everything was right. Our vacation was very enjoyable and memorable. Thank you very much. From the first impression at arrival to small details during our stay. The place is fresh, clean, and well equipped. From the sunny living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, clean garage, and a functional hot tub.
A nice stroll away is the beach we thoroughly enjoyed.
Mine and the other guests' opinion is the same; the place is perfect. We will probably use it again on future vacations.

The house is down the road from the beach (still has an ocean view though). It was pretty clean and well stocked. The gas grill worked well but was a little smaller than I had imagined. We did not use the hot tub. The house is situated away from other houses so we felt very comfortable there. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We are looking forward to staying there again.

We loved Brisas Costeñas! Great spaces, amazing views, nice outdoor space around it for the lids to play, and a lovely 10 minute walk to Portuguese beach (20 with slow kids.) The Internet was completely reliable, which was important for us as we were there 12 days and only some were vacation. My only suggestion for improvement was to improve the bed in the second (smaller) downstairs bedroom—it was not very comfortable, and the bed also creaked a lot. I would also suggest adding some beach chairs and an umbrella to the house’s amenities :-)

This house was amazing. Had all the amenities we needed. It fit 3 couples nicely. The best part was being able to spend mornings and evenings out on the balcony, with the ocean in the background. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was everything we wanted. Very clean, plenty of space, updated and remodeled, relaxing with great views of the Ocean.

Our stay in Bodega was wonderful. The staff at Bodega Bay Escapes was extremely helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed the house very much and would definetely come back and stay at this property again!

From the time I emailed the property management team until our departure, the entire experience met and exceeded my expectations. Our family of six had a wonderful time and will definitely reach out to Bodega Bay Escapes for our next trip to the area.

Brisas Costenas is a gorgeous house. Only a few concerns: The guest room bed was very uncomfortable because the bed heating wires felt lumpy and were unnecessary because the house was warm throughout; coffee maker didn't work but a new one was brought within an hour; the living room fireplace master control on the side of the fireplace was not identified on the house rules sheet so we couldn't operate the fireplace the first night; and there were no ordinary condiments (salt, pepper, etc.) that are usually found in rental homes and this was not noted on house description.

We very much enjoyed the property. The location was ideal and the home was beautiful. Our only negative input was that the coffee maker did not work. Also there were no instructions for the hot tub. We tried to increase the temp above 85 but were unsuccessful.

We enjoyed our stay at Brisas Costeñas. The house is practically brand new. We were three couples and the accommodations worked great for us. It was a foggy, smokey weekend but we had moments of sunshine and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck, using the hot tub and exploring the beach at the end of the road. Highly recommend for couples wanting to getaway. Only complaints were that there were no tools for cleaning the grill and the coffeemaker did not work. Everything else though was in nearly-new condition.

This home has an amazing view of the ocean. Sitting on the deck and watching the gorgeous sunsets each evening was our favorite part of the day. It's incredibly close to several beaches. The home is clean, comfy, and well furnished. Our family had a fabulous long weekend. Can't wait to go back!

Had a great time in this almost new house. We used all of the amenities, the hot tub, bbq grill, TVs, Murphy bed. The kids loved it.

Normally when I take a trip to Bodega Bay, I have been staying at one of Bodega Bay Escapes homes. The company has always been wonderful to work with. This home is new and beautiful. I prefer a home closer to the golf course, however, but the view from the living room and one of the bedrooms was nice.

The house is in a great location great view. House is gorgeous but the furniture is so so beds a little hard and strange electric blanket wires Besides that I would stay there again.

The views off the deck are amazing. The house sits on a beautiful piece of quiet and scenic. Cannot wait to visit again!
