Condor House

This house is a good getaway with your pet. I say good not great because the house is old and shows its age. The carpet is pretty worn and stained in spots probably due to pets staying there so that is to be expected I suppose. The stove and oven are pretty old school but they work. The master toilet doesn't flush very well but the bed was comfortable. The deck is small and there is a peekaboo water view and a peekaboo golf course view kind of because of shrubbery. Everything was very clean and we had all the supplies we needed. I would recommend it as long as you have slightly lower expectations. It's great to stay with your dog, not exactly a family retreat or romantic getaway.

Our family had a great time at Condor Nest! We enjoyed the hot tub and drinking coffee while watching deer, quail, and other wildlife on the golf course. The house is located on a peaceful street and worked perfectly for our family!

We always have a great experience with bodega bay escapes. We rarely eat issues, but when we do you are right on it. Thank for making our trips memorable!

We planned a group trip to Bodega Bay for July 4 weekend- my husband and our toddler, and another couple with two dogs. We had a wonderful 4 days 3 nights at the house- the location was perfect for us and we walked to the beach multiple times and then drove to some other beaches/destinations around the area. The house was great for spending time together and we cooked every single meal at home! It is a beautiful location and were able to see the sunset over the bay and enjoy deer grazing the lawn. Laundry and hot tub were appreciated as well. The only drawback was the house is somewhat dated- sink drained slowly, toilets struggled to flush, etc.

My family of 3 + 2 small pups loved this rental and the location. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub warmed up quickly and was clean. The views from the windows were amazing. We had evening sunsets with nature shows from the living room (heron and hawk catching and eating their meals, owls, bats, fox, deer, jackrabbits, quails and more). We will come back in a future stay.

Nice little place. The microwave oven was messed up. Couldn’t read the display. But was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. like the hot tub. We would stay again.

Overall say was ok I liked the area I just didn’t like how the house was a little dirty and how we weren’t able to be comfortable 3 days in a row we had unexpected guess that just let there self in with no notice first time was ok but 2 more times is uncomfortable

The Condor House was perfect for the two of us and our small dogs. Yes, it could use a little updating and refreshing, but it was fine. The management team was very responsive and accommodating. They also don’t charge the exorbitant add-on fees like VRBO or Vacasa. Whenever coming to Bodega in the future, I will definitely try Bodega Bay Escapes first.

Condor house has great potential! But the house is old and in need of some TLC. Things didn't always work (toilets were very slow to flush and required 2 tries at times) Water faucets leak and require extra strength turns to shut off the water completely.: The upstairs shower was not cleaned very well - the cobwebs could have been wiped down. We LOVE the team at Bodega Rentals. They are a caring group who work hard for their customers. Issues, if any, are addressed immediately. We will continue to rent from Bodega Bay Rentals. The team is amazing!

Nice relaxing getaway week overlooking the 11th fairway of Harbour Golf Links.

This is our second annual stay at Condor House and its now feeling shabby. It is a charming home with a few minor quirks that are ok to deal with but require attention. The kitchen only accommodates one person reasonably. The downstairs study area appears to be a repurposed former tub/sun room that is bifurcated from the family room with a now meaningless large but open sliding glass partition. Overall, the furnishings require a fair amount of replacement having reached end of life for comfort. The house itself requires general maintenance that is yet deferred since our last stay. The location is private on a court with no through traffic and on the golf links green with only a very small deck off the back for a couple of chairs. A partial view of the ocean is distant and slightly observable above the rooflines of the homes on the otherside of the fairway. A lot of moisture accumulates in the bathrooms during showering without reasonable exhaust ventilation. The highlights include a small iron wood burning stove, a private front courtyard with hottub, and garage access that contains washer/dryer.

This is the second time my family has stayed at the Condor. It is a sweet house with peek-a-boo views. We enjoy the coziness of the home (the 2nd bedroom upstairs is fabulous). The management team is responsive and always answers our questions quickly. We look forward to coming back!

Had a nice stay here. Hot tub was great and in a good location. Views from the house were nice as well. Perfect getaway for a couple or two.

The Bluewater Cafe was open Thursday-Sunday, which gave me a break. The golf pro gave me a heavily discounted twilight rate at 2:00 every day, and I was able to get in 9 holes in under two hours. I can't wait to return.

We rented this house for a family gathering. Great views of the golf course and ocean. Bedrooms were small and cramped as was the kitchen. Kitchen was not well maintained with kitchen tools. the upstairs going up a narrow flight of stairs. Would be great for a couple.

We stayed 4 days and 5 nights. Very relaxing. Played 2 days of golf and spent 2 days at the beach. We ate some good seafood.

Bodega Bay Escapes is the best!!! Always know our stay will be great with them- no place like Bodega Bay-when you're feeling empty-go to the ocean!!

The house was small but nice. Kitchen was well-equipped and they provided huge amounts of towels. We needed some light bulbs replaced and Bodega Bay Escapes was terrific as always, sending someone out quickly.

We had a great time in the Condor Court Rental. The house was dated but very nice. Great bbq and spa outside that we enjoyed every night. The house had everything you needed including a washer and dryer. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the golf course and ocean views. The internet was great and we were able to work as needed. Very comfortable in a great community.

It was generally fine but there were ants everywhere and the irrigation system is not functioning properly.

This house has a great view when sun set. Great little backyard with flowers that my kids enjoy. Go around this time of the year for all the blooms. But inside was out dated. Stove top was out dated that I didn’t know how to use it . But over all I’ll still give this home a 4. See it for your self.

We have been coming to this area for about 20 years & love all the places here @ Bodega Bay Escapes.We all thought that this was a cute & comfortable place for 4 people. We had a wonderful time, got to let our "hair" down & just veg if we wanted to or go out on the beach or just for a walk around the area. Went to denucci's for dinner & brought it back for a wonderful & fun filled evening w/just soup & salad. Good times!! Will be back again in the fall.

Delightful unit with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms and enough space in the living area for everyone to hang-out; right on the golf course and not too far from the golf clubhouse and restaurant. The enclosed patio area in the front of the house was perfect for when another couple joined us for outdoor cocktails. Would definitely rent this place again.

Convenient location with nice ocean view, walking distance to the beach. Overall condition of the property is so-so, few things didn't work or broken which is annoying and disappointing. Simple fixes can make it a nice cozy vacation home that leave good memory to vacationers

We needed a break from recent family loss. We love the Condor, it is comfortable, has everything needed to prepare a meal, or just pick up fish & chips and enjoy the beautiful sunset!
The Condor has upgraded with nice touches. We love the private patio area, which is a lovely space. It’s perfect for us, and we call it our happy place

The house is a older so it's a little rough around the edges but it's nice to be able to spread out and have the option of cooking since its expensive to eat out anywhere. The outlets werent working in the bathrooms but one phone call they came to fixed it within the hour. I know this is a coastal thing and not a house problem but there I a fog horn we can hear at night that kind of drove us crazy because were not used to it but we bought a fan that drowned that noise out. Despite all that I would definitely come back and stay again!

The place could use an update. But for the price it was a good deal. My only complaint was the cob webs coming down from the ceiling all over.

We had a lovely time at the condor house. The house is adorable and it has all the essentials you need for your bodega stay. Loved watching the golfers come up on the green and loved looking out at the bay on the porch.

We enjoy the Condor, it’s comfortable, close to Doran beach ( our favorite) on the golf course, great food nearby, or we love to grill right there!It was a much needed vacation,it’s a short trip from Bay Area, and the bonus of 3 days for 2 was much appreciated!
The condor has drive in garage, laundry, and a great hot tub, and we can bring our dog, she loves the fenced in courtyard!

It is perfect for us, very comfortable, everything needed for your stay is provided. Just bring your food & cook, or plenty of great places to eat. We tried a new grocery store, they had everything!!
It is a very relaxing, home. Views are great, you can see Doran Beach, you are on the golf course. We bring our dog, it has a fenced yard.
The only drawback is they have only one TV.

The home is a little older, and not up to date, but for the price, it is worth it. The view is great and home has all the features needed. Hot tub was awesome.

There were some maintenance problems but hopefully these are fixed for future renters. The place overall was very nice, convenient, and well equipped.

The location of the home was awesome. The home is much older than I thought and definately needs some TLC. The beds were comfortable. They should either replace the carpet or have it deep cleaned. The place also coukd use a fresh coat of paint. I also suggest they provide a few more basics like foil, small container of wash soap in case you want to do a load of laundry and a small can of coffee to get you through the first morning. I would recommend this house to a friend only after disclosing its condition, recommend mostly because of its awesome location. The staff at Bodega Bay Escapes was awesome and friendly.

We had a good time! The place, location, and environment – what a pleasant experience! The property is so organized, very welcoming, and accommodating. Feels like home sweet home! The property management is so generous! Offers us to stay for extra day with no charge. Perfect for walking, short hike to the beach and wait for sunset. Definitely we’ll go back and recommend Bodega Bay Escapes to our families and friends!

We had a great time at the Condor House (my husband and I and our 2 small children). Easy walk/drive to the beach, beautiful weather, relaxing hottub, and open floorplan for all of us to be together even if cooking/eating/playing/reading.

A nice cozy home. We had fun. Only a few things were hard. One is the TV in the living room faced the kitchen and wouldnt stay towards the living room on the lazy suzanne. The Spa kept running and making a loud noise. And I thought I would be ok with the master upstairs, however it made sleeping difficult. The property management company were very sweet and made the process very easy. I would definitely use them again. however for my needs with small children I dont think this was the house for us. If you didnt have small children this house would be great.

The condor house is perfect, it is located on 11th hole, great views of Doran beach. It is a very comfortable house, clean, well stocked kitchen, laundry, garage, the hot tub had a glitch, the staff at BBE fixed it right away, they are so great! And the plus side is Condor is pet friendly with a fenced patio area??

We had trouble figuring out the TV, we called and someone came right out and fixed it( operator error) so knowing help if you need it is around the corner is great!

Stayed 3 nights with two others in this two bedroom home. Nice views from dining area and outdoor deck of the Bodega Head. Downstairs bedroom is small with two single beds. We placed them together for more walk around room. Upstairs bedroom is larger with a
the very, very firm king bed. Shower on first floor needs repair as the water barely came out. Also there were some cobwebs in bedrooms and kitchen area which we cleaned with a towel. Small kitchen to maneuver in. Great hot tub and bbq area in front of house. Fireplace worked well with ample wood supplied. We could not get TV to work after a DVD movie was played. . . . so we just turned it off...The rental price was fair for this house on the 11th fairway. Saw two bobcats catching voles right out the back door as well as well as a nice buck deer across the fairway. Great time we had in Condor House.

The view and the location were great but the house needs some serious updating, we have stayed many times at Bodega Harbor Homes and this house needs some renovation. The facilities were clean but the overall condition gave it a dirty feel.

We enjoyed our stay in the Condor House, the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities needed, king bed was very comfortable, having two bathrooms was manditory, downstairs shower head needs replacing?

The house was perfect for a last minute getaway. Condor was comfortable for our two kids and dog. Location was great. Views nice. Bathrooms were clean with fresh linens, bedding had fresh linens. WiFi was a plus as was the extra TV in the downstairs bedroom. The only feedback is the cleanliness. It seemed like it hadn't been used in awhile. Dishes were dusty/dirty in the cupboard and had to be washed before using, dishwasher didn't work properly, lots of cobwebs/dead bugs in certain areas. We would rent again b/c it is a convenient location and offers what we need for a weekend getaway.

Had a great 3 night stay in this cabin in Bodega Bay. Super clean, easy to find, and nice views of the sunset. They are pet friendly and my golden retriever had a great time here. The kitchen was stocked with all the gear we needed. The hot tub was fabulous after a day on the beach. Would not hesitate to rent this cabin again.

We came to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary this Valentines day and had a great time staying here at the Condor! I decorated the house with Valentine Decorations to give it that romantic feel for my husband and I! We both had a great time!

we had a relaxing three night getaway but accidently broke a small glass table protector. BB Escapes were very fair in assessing the damage and only charged us the actual material replacement cost. also the wifi was having trouble and they immediately came over and replaced the router. we have used them before and certainly will again. thank you Bodega Bay Escapes.

We had a great time in Bodega Bay, the staff on our arrival was very nice to work with. We do have some suggestions to make the unit more enjoyable for future guest. Upon arrival to the home I spent the first 15 minutes clearing all the cobwebs from the ceiling throughout the living area. The hallway going upstairs were very dirty and marked up, needs paint. The exterior was spot painted which is not attractive. These items give you a feeling the place is not clean. The home size was great for the money and the location and view was outstanding. The prorety has great potential with a little mor effort to keep the property in good shape. Also the outlets in the bathrooms do not work. TV use instructions should be easily available. The garbage area was a problem with old garbage still there and the area around the garbage cans was filthy the staff did respond to our call and the problem was partially taken care of. Trust the comments will be helpful in making the property more desirable for future renters. Almost forgot, beds are too soft ended up with a sore back during our stay.

Had to clean up and restore everything to its place (rules), so had to clean on my vacation. We brought our 2 dogs so the fenced in yard was great.

We've been to this place twice and love it. Comfortable home, views, cozy woodstove, big soft king bed, hot tub and great location overlooking Bodega Bay. We like to take the short walk to the beach and explore the scenic area. Will be back again!
