It was great, only thing was fridge wouldn’t get cold everything else was great

Our stay was great. Great location and view of the ocean. The place was clean but can use some updated bed spreads and furniture to make it more inviting and comfortable. We really liked the spa and games that were in the garage. Unfortunately, the dryer did not work the best but we were able to get towels washed. I would stay here again and enjoy the ocean, club house, golfing and amazing little towns that are close by.

This is the first time we stayed at this home. It is a large home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very comfortable for three couples, or a family with children.

Beautiful location and great, open, roomy house! Plenty of room for everyone! Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Easy walk to Doran beach. Management very responsive to needs. Only thing I would add is a way to have sliders in bedrooms able to lock while open a bit so we could get some fresh air and hear the ocean sounds.

Good experience, clean and comfortable

This is the second year that we have stayed in this house. Although the eighth year of getting together as a family, in January. This house is perfect for us. There is a spaciousness that is not too big and it certainly is not too small as Goldilocks would say, just right.

The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach easily and safely.I had requested that the BBQ be working as we had wonderful steaks to prepare. It did not work, so, we decided to broil them in the oven... no broiler pan! We ended up using a cookie sheet. We had no measuring cups.I called the property management contact, Casey, who was 45 minutes away.. not in Bodega Bay. He was willing to send a technician, but, it would have been 9:00 before we ate.
The hot tub was way too hot and, lowering the temperature didn’t work fast enough. We had a wonderful time, and, may return in the future.

Loved the house and location. It was nice having the hot tub but a little to much chlorine in it.

We had a good time on our "Girls Week" in Heron Breeze. We loved the view and the hot tub was a welcome relief after our daily 3 mile walk on the hills of Bodega Harbor!

Heron Breeze is a comfortable, Spacious home! Beautiful views, had everything needed for a relaxing much needed get a way! Would be great for large families to gather.
We brought our dog, out the front was a large wooded secluded area. It was perfect!

I sent an e-mail day 1, after we found a pair of used underwear hanging up in the downstairs bathroom, which i received no reply from anyone. I wish I could say that was the only pair of underwear that were left behind that we had the disgust of finding, but there was another pair outside next to the hot tub. Would not book this house again.

Really comfortable home. Many great qualities. Especially the jacuzzi.

This was a great stay. There were plenty of towels for our many trips to the hot tub. Kitchen utensils were plenty, but we could've used some instructions regarding garbage. Couldn't find the bins until the last day, but it all worked out.

Home is on a great location and is designed for family gathering space and privacy space when you just want to be with one or two. Great view.

It was overall lovely, but the TV in the master did not work. And the glider chair in the main room literally fell apart. There was also a lot of broken glass by the hot tub from the previous renters

We had an amazing time staying at the Heron Breeze. It is a great place for families with teens. Ours loved the ping pong table, foosball, and downstairs den. We were able to bring our dogs and walk to Pinnacle Gulch trail from the house.

As always the house was clean and neat. The staff at Bodega Bay Escapes was very efficient, friendly and ready to help. I rent this home each year at this time and I love working with the staff.

The rental experience was very good. Good communication with the Rental Company and the home was as expected. We had a great stay!

The Bodega Bay Escapes Staff were spot on with helping us find the perfect accommodations for pet friendly rentals. The hot tub was nice along with the oceans views from the balcony. The bar top is a little sticky and could use a sanding but everything else was wonderful.

We have rented many many times from B.B. Escapes---they are great at taking care of their properties and any problems should one come up.

We had a great time staying at Heron Breeze. The house was perfect for what we needed. It would have been nice to have cable downstairs for the kids, but it was no big deal. We very much enjoyed ourselves and look forward to staying at Heron Breeze again.

The pictures on website don't do justice to house! It was much larger than we anticipated! Perfect for our family for everyone to have own room and bathroom. Super clean. Well appointed, lots of books and games, kitchenware, etc. Only negative was hot tub was green and sandy bottom and service never showed up to fix. Also, would recommend to mgmt to have a binder with rental info like their phone #, garbage instructions, check out requirements, etc. Overall great experience! Thank you!

Great house for families! Really liked having both the living room and den to spread out. Each room having it's own bathroom was great, all were a nice size.

This is a great house for families - as it has a lot of space, a ping pong table and lots of games for the kids. Clean, lots of supplies in the kitchen, and amazing views. And dog friendly!

The house was pretty spacious for 8. It was great that each of the bedrooms had their own en suite bathrooms, which were also huge with lots of closet space. The kitchen was a little dated and the dishwasher had a broken top rack that needed repair. And the kitchen wasn't as stocked as well as other houses we've stayed at. The game room was well stocked for kids.

We book through Bodega Bay Escapes every other year for memorial day. We have always had very good experience with this rental service.

This is the first time we stayed at Heron Breeze. The place is really nice. Have lots of books and games to keep the kids entertained.

Our only issue was with the kitchen. 2 of the stove burners were not working. Also, the toaster was not working, so the breakfast for 2 days was a challenge.

Overall, enjoyed our stay at Heron. We will be back soon.

We enjoyed the house as we have many times in the past. The office personnel at Bodega Bay Escapes are always very friendly and extremely helpful. They are a pleasure to work with. There was one issue this year as the owners of the house showed up halfway through our stay and put several items in the refrigerator and in the garage. It was awkward and made cleaning out the fridge when we left difficult as we didn't know which items were ours.

We had a great gettaway with our family at Heron Breeze. First off the group at Bodega Bay Escapes were wonderful and helpful in making the reservations. Loved the house, very comfortable, clean, nice location, lot's of games and books to look at, all good. We also lucked out with great beach weather. We would definitly go back to this property.

Heron Breeze was clean and cozy. Dated? YES. But very comfortable.
Note: Landscape dry and plants dying. Grass was also weeds and dirt too. They have irrigation but it never came on. Plants need trimming at entry to avoid all the bees in the lavender.
No kindling for fire. Fire logs when have been appreciated.
LARGE spacious house. Kitchen stocked well.
Good house for large family. Appreciate it was pet friendly.
I would recommend it over all.

Not too elegant or fancy, but nicely furnished, well-stocked kitchen (new Whirlpool refrig, and new mocrowave), clean and comfortable. Each group had their own bedroom and bathroom and beds were very comfortable.
A living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the upper floor, and family room with BD/bath on the lower level. Plenty of room to spread out. We used the spa a few times and the new Weber BBQ. Beautiful views of the ocean from every room. Quiet and peaceful, easy to get to. We will surely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at Heron Breeze. The view from the living and den are great! We enjoyed our evenings in the den playing games and lighting the wood burning fireplace. A very relaxing experience!

I grew up on a dairy not far from the bodega property. I have returned to Bodega Bay Harbor over the years. This property is situated to take in the environment ideally. It was well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was heated perfectly and in good shape. The kitchen was well supplied and clean. I have stayed in many of the properties in the development and enjoyed this one's location and orientation the best. I highly recommend the property and suggest you patronize "River's End" restaurant in Jenner around sunset for a great meal/experience.

Had a great time at Heron Breeze, beautiful house that is larger than expected. The staff at BBE is awesome. We had a late arrival and the house had lights on, hot tub warmed up... very easy to get settled.

The house was awesome - loved the location. The only problems we had was that the central heating was not working the 1st night & we had 2 young babies. The next day though, Matt came and promptly took care of the problem. We had to do all the dishes by hand because the dishwasher didn't do a very good jog. Other than that we loved the place & will definately would consider renting again in the future.

The stay was very enjoyable. It was just my wife and I this trip, so it was a little overkill.The house was great, but could use a little work. None of the screen sliders worked and the master bath sink needs some Drano. Also, the house was advertised with a TV in the master bedroom, but did not have one. One last thing, the outdoor $2.99 chairs need to be replaced.

There were 3 couples (60+) for an escape from the 100 degree heat in the Bay Area. House is comfortably large and beds are super comfortable. The 3 full baths are a nice convenience, but are a bit dated in décor, still working fine, though, and that's what's important. Kitchen is loaded with everything except wine glasses. Most of the appliances are beyond their prime, but the fridge is fairly new and nice. Hot tub is great and well maintained. Previous guests had put away dirty dishes, but you can't expect the property company to check this. But not all the bathrooms had towels, and it was fortunate there was one unlocked cabinet in the laundry room with towels. There was no Kleenex anywhere. Bring your own spa towels. Downstairs was musty, but it only bothered one person, and we did not spend much time there. Thick berber carpet makes walking barefoot comfortable. Weber gas grill was very nice. Great weekend for this group.

Our non-profit has used this company for years for overnight retreats for staff. Just recently we ramped up our programming where we had leadership cohorts from around the state needing space for overnight retreats. For our north bay cohorts this rental company is our go-to. Over 18 months we have used a combination of 10 different houses. One or two have had minor issues. On the whole, every house is clean and appears as it's advertised. Jennifer, Pamela and the rest of the crew in the office have been very accommodating and on top of what we need in order for the stays to be comfortable.
If I wanted to personally stay in Bodega Bay for vacation, I would automatically use this company to rent a house.

Our stay at Heron Breeze was wonderful... The first impression walking in was a feeling of spaciousness and light. The view was perfect from the living room and going downstairs was another pleasant moment when we discovered the hot tub. We actually used it almost everyday, it was a real treat .
We wish we could have used the sauna, it would have enhance our experience.
The master bedroom where we stayed had a very comfortable bed, too bad the room was not supplemented with a TV, we would have enjoyed that.
And maybe the bed could have been moved to the opposite wall for a view of the Bay and ocean.
We didn't go downstairs and hung out since the flat screen that did't work but it would have been nice. And maybe a newer carpet could go on the list.
We enjoyed the the great source of natural lighting, the full kitchen, the middle island and the gorgeous blue tile.

this is probably the 8th or 9th year in a row that we have rented this home. It meets all of our needs and is very comfortable and well located. the office staff have been very friendly and accommodating each year.

We really enjoyed the house. The children did not want to leave. They wanted to live in the rental. WIFI, great beds, games the hot tub too many great things to list. The house was very clean, no dust, no mold. Everything that we needed was there. I felt like I was staying at a friends home.

Our family needed a bigger house this year, as our group expands. This was a nice rental with plenty of living room/kitchen/dining room space and a GREAT view of the harbor. However, ALL bathrooms were located inside bedrooms - would have preferred a "public" bathroom for different sleeping schedules and/or allowing someone to use the extra beds provided and still have a bathroom available. Downstairs portion of the house was considerably colder than the upper floor.

6 cousins got together to enjoy opening weekend of crab fishing. The house was the perfect getaway. Close to the marina, spacious enough for 6 people. We enjoyed the roomyness of the house, the outdoor space both upstairs and down and you can't beat the view. This is our 6th year and we try to stay at this house each year.

We had a wonderful time, house was great, 3 full bathrooms was nice. Can't wait to rent again next year, or sooner...

Staff was great, getting keys/directions were great. Downstairs bathroom didn't work - we had to turn the water on. Toilets flushing were hit & miss. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall good experience but there were limited activity to do in the area. The furniture in the house needs to be updated a bit. The refrigerator was not cold so we had to place our meets in a cooler outside; Futon downstairs was broken; and master bedroom light was not working.

great location, nice views

This property was formally owned by my sister's in laws so we have used the house each year for over 5 years. It's our favorite place in Bodega and the management company is very professional and great to work with.

Had a great time and the weather turned out fantastic! Checked the weather forecast prior to leaving for BB and it said rain w/ some sun and clouds. So we rented this house with a hot tub in an atrium just in case of bad weather. It was very cool. Clean and the linens did'nt smell musty. Once we figured out how to turn the hot tub on and the WI FI password, we were on our way. (Suggestions: the directions for the hot tub need to be redone for the current system and the WI FI password needs to be put in the white binder). We will definately return soon as we had a blast! Want to ride a horse down the beach next time!

The only downside to this home was the lack of wifi. Wifi should come standard on all homes.

We had a great weekend and will hope to come back. Only suggestion is to add wireless to the house. We sometimes have to bring work along in order to get away. Thanks much....
