Simplicity

A cozy cottage ideal for two adults or a small family. Opened the windows to the sounds of the bay and did not hear the highway. Wonderful. There is a skunk somewhere on the property or in the neighborhood. We never saw it but smelled it our entire visit.

We have come to Serenity for 3 years. It is a great space for a couple. The home is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We look forward to returning next year.

My wife and stayed at the property for two nights and we have no major complaints. Overall, the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's a very nice little cottage right up the hill from the bay. The location is very convenient.
For what it might be worth, I'd make a few suggestions for some minor improvements. The front doorknob is a little loose, the deck could stand a little maintenance and attention, and we wished there was a bit more furniture in the main room and for the small couch that is there to be be a bit more comfortable. Otherwise, again, great little place that we would consider renting again. Thanks!

Clean,cute,quiet,great location. There was no hot water in the kitchen faucet, our only complaint.
Comfortable and peaceful.
A little bit of a view, trimming the bushes would help.

Pam was so nice. I asked a lot of questions and she was always professional and sweet. The cottage is cute I loved that I was able to bring my dogs with me. It had everything I needed for my family. It was in the perfect location. The only thing I would say is the couch bed wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that i would stay there again!

We had a great time. The cottage is small, but cozy and worked out perfectly for our family getaway.

This little house is a clean and convenient spot for a couple to stay on the Bay. Just around the corner from the church used in Alfred Hitchcocks movie 'The Birds' and two short block up from the local shortstop store Dieckmans. Hardwood floors, fireplace, lots of windows, separate dining off livingroom/kitchen, and separate queen bedroom. Lacks TV reception and parking. Needs yard maintenance and front entry area cleanup. . .

Simplicity needs a new mattress, sink repair in the kitchen, stereo did not work and couch is pretty uncomfortable for an evening movie watching. I still love this tiny house. I hope they do the repairs but if not I will look elsewhere. The ladies in the office are great.

Very clean, Loved the patio area. Getting hot water in the shower was alittle tricky. Bed comply and sheets nice. House had a nice vibe.

Darling cottage close to food and fun. Bright, cheerful, and uncluttered. I would highly recommend Bodega Bay Escapes for vacation rentals.

It was simple. Was hard without wi-fi or tv for 2 weeks but someone staying a weekend should not care.

My husband and I wanted a romantic weekend getaway, and this was that and more! The house is very comfortable and cozy, and the perfect size for just us. Pet-friendly was a HUGE plus for us because we were able to bring our little pup along for the journey! We will definitely be staying again! :)

Small clean home yes. Very basic But a good time was had

Simplicity was the perfect size for two. Great location to Doran Beach and Bodega Head. Also, close to groceries and restaurants. Simplicity is just that. No fluff but has all the essentials.

everything was great except the living room lighting was way too harsh combined with no usable bedside lighting. Of course internet would be another improvement.Oh, and the living room sofa bed is uncomfortable, but my 19 year old son used it, and he can sleep anywhere. The bedroom bed is very comfortable. Love that there is a bathtub.

My daughter and I found the Simplicity to be a sweet little cottage. Close to town actually in walking distance. Very clean and accommodating. The time spent in the cottage was brief because of all the work in preparing for a wedding. We would like to visit again and retreat more then be hurried.

Everything was really beautiful & clean. You do need to build a new fence & do some gardening.
