Life's a Beach

We’ve enjoyed our stay. It was nice to wake up to the ocean view and see the sunset. The kids enjoyed the game room. The walk to the beach was pretty quick. It was nice animal watching, the deers come around early in the morning and we’ll always see the birds. The only downfall was there was no dishwasher.

Had a different rental where there was a problem, so Bodega Bay Escapes facilitated my move to this rental. It is very nice space, open and roomy with a wide lovely view and nice kitchen area.

best views ever. The homes was small but so comfortable. We truly felt like we were home. We found our true home a way from home.

We got into this place last minute and it was Perfect. Just the right amenities. We love the Carmet area. Perfect walking distance to almost private beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and tidy house. Comfy beds. It was just what we needed to recharge.

Enjoyed time at the coast with a comfortable place to stay for my family. The scenery was beautiful. We are always pleased when we book through you.

This rental was so cute with beautiful views and absolutely peaceful. The house has everything you need including board games and books for the whole family to enjoy. The fireplace was so cozy at night and in the morning. Despite being a smaller home it felt very spacious and open with plenty of room for the whole family or a girls weekend getaway. We will definitely stay here again!

Life's a Beach is a wonderful property! The pictures do not do it justice. It is peaceful, charming, clean and designed to allow you to enjoy being near the ocean. Highly recommended!

The home was beautiful and spotless. It was a home I would recommend to anyone. The view of the ocean was amazing. Home appropriate for couples or families, lots of space in the backyard and on the deck. I just can’t say enough good things about this home. Everything you need was provided.

When we arrived at the rental, we were immediately impressed with the location and the beauty of our surroundings. Inside the rental was absolutely gorgeous, from the detail of decor, to the cleanliness, to the comfort of the master bed. But the reality set in that it was absolutely freezing. The host did let us know it’s cold and to prepare, however we wish we would’ve brought a space heater with us. We wanted to light a fire and messaged the host but never heard back so that was a big bummer. We literally had to stay under major blankets the entire time and we could see our breath in the rental because it was so cold. I would highly recommend to either bring your own space heater or find a different rental because at such an expensive rate and regardless of all the amazing other positives, being freezing like that was close to torture. So would we recommend it? Yes only with the suggestion of bring your own heater. Also to I thought it was odd that there was a Duraflame At the fireplace along with a lighter there but apparently the fireplace was glued shut. This was very confusing. Otherwise an absolutely gorgeous place

This was the first rental that the house was better than the pictures...Beautiful. Can't wait to go back!

Loved this little house. Easy walk to the beach (a couple to choose from amd others nearby). About 7 minute drive to restaurant and small grocery store in Bodega bay. Good beds (even the sofabed.) Clean, looks like it was remodeled recently, while retaining the charm of an old house. Nice outdoor spaces. Inside games and outside games provided. Kitchen pretty well-stocked. Only thing lacking was dry measuring cups and a whisk. Would stay here again.

We love this sweet beach house. It was perfect for our family of 4. My 5 year olds loved the bunk beds. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect, not too close to a busy road.

Mostly we enjoyed just relaxing in the comfy furniture, whale watching and enjoying the quietness.
